Vincent Seruch

Vincent brings over 25 years of hands-on experience in OT cybersecurity, combining technical expertise and leadership skills. Having worked on diverse and challenging projects worldwide, including offshore facilities, brownfield environments, and critical infrastructure, Vincent has developed a practical approach to cybersecurity. His extensive fieldwork has helped him design effective solutions for complex industrial ecosystems, from FPSOs to onshore refineries or aircraft manufacturers. With solid experience in industrial cybersecurity compliance, he has contributed to securing critical national infrastructures by conducting audits, designing remediation plans, and supporting adherence to frameworks such as IEC 62443 and French national regulation.

During his time at Airbus, Vincent contributed to the development of the OT cybersecurity business unit, where he guided teams of consultants, auditors, and incident responders. He was involved in the creation an OT cybersecurity portfolio and an OT SOC offering. He also managed a variety of significant projects, and provided training programs to advance expertise in the field. Committed to knowledge sharing, Vincent has taught industrial cybersecurity courses to engineering students and professionals, valuing his ability to connect theory to practice, and has spoken at conferences internationally.

Now, as the co-founder of Adamante cyber, Vincent focuses on advancing cybersecurity for OT environments. His company provides customized solutions, drawing on his technical knowledge and experience to support clients in navigating the evolving cybersecurity landscape with confidence and adaptability.
