Rebekah Mohr

Rebekah has 15 years of experience as an OT security specialist. She brings experience gained from almost a decade working for Shell, where she held multiple security leadership roles, first as the OT Security Lead at one of North America’s largest refineries, and later as the regional technical expert for the Americas, where she provided guidance to dozens of Upstream and Downstream assets. During her tenure at Shell, she led the development of their global OT security risk assessment methodology that was the first of its kind in the industry, and she contributed to the design and implementation of one of the world's largest corporate OT security remediation programs. She was also nominated by Shell as their global technical focal point for the development of the industry’s first ICS competency accreditation, the Global Industrial Cyber Security Certification Program (GICSP). Since leaving Shell, Rebekah has worked as an OT security consultant, first for Accenture as the Canadian OT Security Lead and then independently through her own company. Currently, Rebekah is the VP of Business Operations for CambiOS Academy.

Rebekah has been recognized with multiple industry accolades, including the 2017 Young Women in Energy, the 2017 SANS People who Made a Difference in Cyber Security, the Executive Women’s Forum Women of Influence and the Global Petroleum Show Emerging Leader awards.

Rebekah holds her Bachelor of Science degree in Math, Statistics and Computer Science from McGill University and a Master of Science degree in Statistics from University of British Columbia. She has since furthered her education with four GIAC security certifications: GSEC, GCIH, GCFE and GICSP.
